One of our customer’s had some older Dunham Bush water cooled chillers that were cooling their process. (One Dunham Bush model PWC005S and one WC005AQ). They wanted to upgrade to newer equipment. Based on the old design data, our STWC60S water cooled scroll chiller was a good fit.

The new unit featured a Copeland scroll compressor, brazed plate evaporator, tube-in-tube condenser, condenser water regulating valve, phase monitor, and chiller microprocessor.
The STWC60S fit perfectly into the customer’s existing space. The first unit has been operating for over two years and the second unit has been running since last spring. Needless to say, the customer is very pleased with SmartFreeze.
